About Saturday in Church

Saturday in Church is a production of KBG Ministries™, created to help strengthen the people who lead, serve, and grow the Church.

We bring together business leaders and ministry partners to deliver distinctive, Christ-centered experiences that connect faith with personal and professional development. Our focus is Christian leadership—helping people lead, communicate, work, serve, and steward their influence through a Kingdom lens.

Our partners bring deep real-world business and leadership experience, often including MBAs, PhDs, executive leadership backgrounds, and ministry credentials. That combination allows us to understand both the spiritual mission of the Church and the practical realities of leading people, teams, organizations, and change.

Through workshops, coaching, and customized experiences, we partner with churches to strengthen ministry teams and develop the people they serve.

You’re in good hands with Saturday in Church—because we understand the work it takes to strengthen what happens on Sunday and prepare people for how they live on Monday.

Meet the Team

Business Experience. Ministry Heart. Kingdom Purpose.

KBG Ministries™ brings together business leaders, educators, ministry leaders, and experienced practitioners who care deeply about the people and organizations we are invited to serve.

We understand that every engagement is different. Every church has its own culture. Every ministry carries a unique calling. Every leadership team faces different pressures, personalities, opportunities, and challenges.

That’s why we don’t believe in simply showing up, delivering a presentation, and moving on.

We care deeply about every engagement.

Our team works thoughtfully with host organizations to understand their audience, their goals, and the challenges they are navigating so that each experience is biblically grounded, practically relevant, and genuinely useful to the people in the room.

Based in Austin, Texas, KBG serves churches, ministries, leaders, and organizations across the United States and around the world.

Wherever we are invited to serve, our purpose remains the same:

To help leaders bring the culture of the Kingdom into the culture of the places they lead.

Meet the Founder

Built in Business. Transformed by Christ. Called to Serve.

Christian entrepreneur • Educator • Transformation strategist • Speaker • Founder

For Bridgette, Jesus is deeply personal.

After years of building businesses, leading organizations, creating wealth, and achieving professional success, Bridgette came to recognize that the gifts behind those accomplishments had always come from God—but without Christ at the center, success itself was empty.

Like so many of us, her journey included decisions, relationships, ambitions, and seasons of life shaped more by the expectations of the world than by the will of God. She is deeply grateful that Christ met her there—not with condemnation, but with grace—and began transforming how she saw herself, her relationships, others, and the life she had been given.

Then Christ saved her, and the purpose of those gifts—and the direction of her life—changed.

Romans 12:2 captures much of Bridgette’s story and the transformation she continues to pursue: “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind.”

Today, Bridgette brings decades of business and leadership experience with a deeply personal commitment to Christ, helping leaders navigate where Christian values can become hardest to practice: conflict and reconciliation, leadership under pressure, difficult decisions, organizational culture, calling, ambition, relationships, and the stewardship of influence.

Her conviction is simple: If it isn’t for the Kingdom, it isn’t for me.

Bridgette is the founder of KBG Ministries™ and Saturday in Church, and has served as a CEO, founder, entrepreneur, investor, advisor, and transformation executive. Her career includes leadership across more than $1 billion in exits, acquisitions, and organizational transformations in the wellness, SaaS, and consulting sectors.

The Mission

Through KBG Ministries™, Bridgette’s mission is to equip people to bring God and their faith fully into the stewardship He has entrusted to them.

Whether leading a business, not-for-profit, ministry, team, family, or community, KBG helps people move beyond separating faith from leadership and instead ask a more important question: What does faithful stewardship look like here?

That means equipping leaders to apply Scripture to real decisions, build cultures that reflect Kingdom values, navigate conflict in Christ-like ways, steward people and resources responsibly, and use their gifts, influence, and opportunities in service to God and others.

The goal is not simply to create better leaders or more successful organizations. It is to help people become faithful stewards of what God has placed in their hands—bringing their faith into how they lead, whom they serve, what they build, and why they build it.

Experience & Education

An U.S. Army Reserve veteran and lifelong learner, Bridgette earned her MBA from Texas A&M University and her PhD from Northcentral University, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Christian Leadership from Liberty University. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Liberty University and a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard University, with both programs expected to be completed in 2027.

Bridgette also serves on the faculty at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, helping prepare future business leaders to pursue excellence while remembering that great leadership is measured not only by business results, but by character, stewardship, and how we treat the people entrusted to our leadership.

Statement of Faith

Grounded in Scripture. Centered on Christ. Unwavering in Faith.

August 20th, 2026

KBG Ministries is an evangelical Christian ministry grounded in the authority of Scripture and the historic Christian faith. We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ and His finished work. We seek to faithfully proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, equip believers, serve the Church, and bring the truth and character of Christ into every sphere in which God calls His people to live, lead, work, and serve.

We believe our faith in Christ should transform not only what we believe, but how we live and how we lead. KBG Ministries seeks to equip Christians to carry their faith faithfully into their families, communities, workplaces, organizations, and other places of influence. Through Christ-centered servant leadership, we encourage believers to lead with humility, wisdom, integrity, courage, compassion, and love—using their God-given gifts and influence to serve others, strengthen communities, steward what God has entrusted to them, and contribute to a better world that reflects the character and Kingdom of God.

All are welcome here. You may belong in our community before you believe what we believe. We welcome those who are seeking, questioning, learning, returning to faith, or simply curious about Jesus, and we endeavor to meet every person with the grace, dignity, truth, and love Christ demonstrated. At the same time, our welcome does not require us to diminish or obscure our faith. KBG Ministries will be clear and unwavering about the Gospel and the teachings of Scripture. We will not be lukewarm or equivocate on the essential truths of the Christian faith, including the person and Lordship of Jesus Christ, the reality of sin and our need for redemption, justification by grace through faith in Christ, the sanctifying work of the Holy Spirit, and salvation through Jesus Christ alone. We believe truth and love are not competing commitments; in Christ, we are called to faithfully practice both.

Our Shared Foundation

This Statement of Faith serves as the shared spiritual and doctrinal foundation of KBG Ministries and all ministries, organizations, programs, initiatives, productions, platforms, and other works owned, operated, produced, or fully stewarded by KBG Ministries, whether or not they publicly carry the KBG name.

Each expression of KBG Ministries may have a distinct mission, audience, purpose, or method of service, but all remain rooted in this common foundation. Our work may take place in churches, homes, communities, businesses, workplaces, media, education, or other areas of influence, but our foundational Christian beliefs do not change with the setting.

This Statement of Faith governs the ministries and works for which KBG Ministries holds responsibility and stewardship. It does not, by association alone, represent the beliefs of independent organizations, churches, clients, guests, contractors, collaborators, or ministry partners with whom KBG Ministries may work or serve.

Many expressions. One ministry. One foundation. Jesus Christ.

Let's build something that serves your people well.
