Workshops to Strengthen Your Church

Saturday in Church supports both the people who lead your ministry and the people your ministry serves.

STRENGTHEN YOUR MINISTRY

Equip the people who lead your church to work together, lead well, steward wisely, and carry the mission forward.

Leading the Ministry Together

Building aligned, healthy, and effective teams behind the ministry.

A healthy church needs a team capable of carrying its vision together.

Even deeply committed ministry teams can struggle with unclear roles, communication gaps, competing priorities, inconsistent accountability, silos, conflict, and the tension between serving people and getting the work done.

Leading the Ministry Together helps pastors, staff, ministry leaders, administrators, and key volunteers strengthen how they communicate, collaborate, lead, make decisions, and execute the mission together.

This isn’t corporate management dressed in Christian language. It is practical leadership development designed for the realities and responsibilities of ministry.

Beyond the Pulpit

Developing stronger, more intentional pastoral communicators—from the pulpit to the digital congregation.

A powerful message deserves powerful delivery—wherever people encounter it.

Pastoral communication extends far beyond the words in a sermon. Tone, pace, silence, movement, expression, presence, and delivery all influence how a message is received.

And today’s pastor communicates far beyond the sanctuary.

Beyond the Pulpit develops the whole pastoral communicator—from sermon development and pulpit presence to camera delivery, short-form video, social content, and digital engagement.

Flexible for Your Ministry

Designed for pastors, teaching pastors, ministry leaders, and emerging communicators. Coaching can be customized for sermon development, pulpit delivery, camera presence, digital communication, or a combination based on the communicator’s goals and ministry context.

STRENGTHEN YOUR CONGREGATION

Strengthen the people God has entrusted to your care each Sunday, equipping them to live and lead with Christ in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities.

Finding and Leading with Purpose

Discovering how purpose shapes the way we work, lead, serve, and live.

What if purpose isn’t something we have to find—but something we learn to recognize, steward, and live?

This experience helps participants explore calling, purpose, leadership, stewardship, and accountability across work, family, ministry, relationships, and community.

Rather than defining purpose by a job, title, platform, or achievement, participants consider a more meaningful question:

How am I stewarding who I am, what I have been given, where I have been placed, and the people I have been called to influence?

Flexible for Your Ministry

Designed for a church-wide audience or customized for women’s ministry, men’s ministry, professionals, entrepreneurs, young adults, or leadership groups.

The Outcome

You don’t need a title to lead. You don’t need a platform to have influence. And you don’t need to wait for your purpose to begin.

WORKSHOP TOPICS

Participants Explore:

  • Purpose beyond profession
  • Gifts, opportunities and influence
  • Leadership as influence and responsibility
  • Stewardship and accountability

Building Kingdom Culture

Bringing the culture of the Kingdom into the organizations we influence.

If Christ really leads us, what should people experience inside the organizations we lead?

Culture isn’t defined by the values on the wall. It is revealed by what leaders model, permit, reward, correct, and consistently prioritize.

Building Kingdom Culture challenges Christian leaders to examine whether their organizations merely profess Christian values—or consistently practice them.

Participants translate values such as humility, dignity, stewardship, accountability, grace, courage, service, excellence, and love into leadership behaviors people can actually experience.

Flexible for Your Ministry

Designed for ministry teams, staff, boards, volunteer leaders, or groups responsible for shaping the culture, values, and everyday experience of your church or ministry.

Conflict Without Compromise

Managing disagreement, difficult conversations, and reconciliation in Christ-like ways.

What if the goal of Christian conflict isn’t simply to win, avoid the fight, or keep the peace—but to respond in a way that reflects Christ?

Conflict happens wherever people live, work, worship, serve, and lead together.

Conflict Without Compromise helps participants navigate disagreement, difficult conversations, accountability, forgiveness, boundaries, and reconciliation without abandoning either truth or Christ-like character.

This is not simply a conversation about “getting along.” Participants learn practical approaches for the moments when emotions rise, conversations are avoided, trust deteriorates, people become defensive, or reconciliation is difficult.

Flexible for Your Ministry

Leading When the Answer Isn't Clear

Christian decision-making under pressure, uncertainty, and competing priorities.

Following Christ does not mean every leadership decision comes with an obvious answer.

Sometimes several options seem reasonable. Information is incomplete. People disagree. Consequences matter. And Scripture doesn’t provide a simple instruction for the exact situation in front of us.

Leading When the Answer Isn’t Clear helps Christian leaders make difficult decisions with greater wisdom, discernment, and confidence.

Participants explore how Scripture, prayer, wisdom, counsel, character, stewardship, motives, consequences, and practical analysis work together when certainty is unavailable.

Purposeful Work + Leadership + Human Flourishing

Connecting purpose, work, leadership, and the flourishing of the people God has placed around us.

What if work is more than something we do, and leadership is more than a position we hold?

Much of life is spent working, leading, serving, building, creating, and influencing others. Scripture invites us to see those spaces differently, not simply as places to achieve, but as places to steward our gifts, relationships, opportunities, and influence.

Purposeful Work + Leadership + Human Flourishing helps participants connect personal purpose to the way they work and lead. The experience explores how meaningful work, purposeful leadership, healthy culture, dignity, stewardship, and responsibility can help people flourish in the places where God has positioned them.

Rather than separating faith from work, participants consider a practical question: How should my purpose change the way people experience my work, my leadership, and my influence?

Flexible for Your Ministry

Designed for a church-wide audience or customized for professionals, entrepreneurs, business owners, emerging leaders, young adults, ministry leaders, or workplace leadership groups.

Boundaries Are Biblical

Creating healthy limits, wise access, and relationships that reflect both love and stewardship.

What if saying “no” is not always unloving, and unlimited access is not the same thing as Christ-like love?

Christians are called to love generously, forgive freely, serve sacrificially, and live in community. But Scripture does not require unlimited access, endless availability, or the absence of consequences. Jesus loved perfectly while still withdrawing, saying no, confronting harmful behavior, choosing when and where to engage, and entrusting different people with different levels of access.

Boundaries Are Biblical helps participants distinguish love from access and understand boundaries as a form of stewardship rather than rejection. Participants explore the difference between forgiving someone, reconciling a relationship, restoring trust, and granting access, recognizing that these are related decisions, but they are not the same decision.

The workshop then moves from biblical principles to practical application, helping participants identify where boundaries are needed, communicate them clearly, reinforce them consistently, and respond when others resist them.

Flexible for Your Ministry

Designed for a church-wide audience or customized for women’s ministry, men’s ministry, young adults, couples, caregivers, professionals, leaders, or groups navigating difficult relational dynamics.

The Outcome

Love people faithfully without surrendering the healthy limits, accountability, wisdom, and stewardship that allow relationships to function well.

  • Love, grace, service, and responsibility without unhealthy overextension
  • The difference between boundaries and access
  • Forgiveness, reconciliation, restored trust, and restored access
  • Jesus and the practice of withdrawal, discernment, confrontation, and selective access

DON'T SEE THE CONVERSATION YOUR CHURCH NEEDS?

Tell us what your ministry team or congregation needs, and we’ll build a Christ-centered experience designed to help you steward your people, resources, and mission more effectively.

Customize Your Own Workshop

Your ministry. Your people. Your challenge.

Sometimes the conversation your church needs most isn’t already on the program list.

That’s exactly where we can help.

Saturday in Church works with ministry leadership to understand the challenge, define the desired outcome, and create an experience around the needs of your people.

Our advantage is the intersection we understand:

Ministry + Business

We recognize both the spiritual responsibility of ministry and the organizational realities of leading people, stewarding resources, building teams, creating culture, navigating change, and pursuing growth.

That allows us to develop experiences grounded in Christian principles while bringing practical leadership and organizational expertise to the conversation.

You don’t need to have the workshop figured out before we talk.

You bring the ministry need. We bring ministry understanding and business expertise. Together, we’ll build the Saturday in Church experience around it.
