Our Stewardship Commitment
We take seriously the trust—and resources—you place in our hands.
Your Resources Matter to Us.
We believe churches should feel confident that inviting KBG is a wise use of the resources God has entrusted to them.
Jesus teaches:
“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.” — Luke 16:10
We take that responsibility seriously.
When a church or ministry invites KBG to serve, you are entrusting us with more than a budget. You are entrusting us with your time, your leaders, your congregation, and an opportunity to serve people God has placed in your care.
We will prepare thoughtfully, listen carefully, honor the goals of your ministry, and work diligently to deliver an experience that is biblically grounded, practically useful, and worthy of that trust.
And we are willing to stand behind that commitment.
If, after your KBG workshop or leadership session, your organization genuinely believes we did not deliver the experience we committed to provide, tell us. We will make it right—and if we cannot, KBG will waive our professional fee.
We want every ministry we serve to walk away believing:
This was a wise use of what God entrusted to us.
Making Great Leadership Development Accessible
Because Ministry Impact Shouldn't Depend on Church Size.
Some of the churches doing extraordinary Kingdom work are also the churches with the fewest resources.
New church plants, emerging ministries, smaller congregations, and growing churches may not have the budgets available to larger organizations—but their leaders and congregations deserve access to excellent Christian leadership development too.
We want to help make that possible.
For qualifying churches and ministries building a KBG workshop into their programming, we are open to discussing alternative arrangements to traditional speaker honorariums and workshop fees.
Depending on the engagement, that might include reduced ministry rates, sponsored engagements, shared-cost opportunities, or other creative arrangements that allow us to serve while remaining responsible stewards of KBG’s own ministry resources.
New ministry. Big calling. Let’s build together.
Our goal isn’t to make every engagement look the same.
It is to ask a better question:
How can we faithfully use what each of us has been entrusted with to serve the people God has placed before us?
If you’re planting, building, or growing a ministry and believe one of these workshops could serve your people, please don’t assume budget means you shouldn’t ask.
